Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All products sold on Petroleum Softwares are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy differs from a physical retail store.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

• The license key or download has not yet been activated or used.
• The request is submitted in writing to our support team with your order number.

Once a license has been activated, downloaded, or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund, except where the software is found to be defective or not as described.

Defective or Non-Functional Software

If you experience technical issues preventing installation or activation, contact our support team first. We will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
